Arteq delivers its products across Canada via CANPAR
Delivery costs are based on the price of items ordered as indicated below.

-The amount of your purchase, including shipping, will be charged to your card at checkout.
DELIVERY
Orders leave our warehouse three days after the order has been placed and payment approved. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your order.
If the shipping of your order is delayed you would be notified immediately.
-To track your order on the website CANPAR,
email us quoting your invoice number
and we will send the reference number of your parcel.
RETURN POLICY
Arteq and White D'Ivoire accept merchandise returns within 15 days after receipt.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact the customer service at Arteq@arteq.ca or by phone at (418) 648-2871 and we will give you futher information on to proceed.
We will exchange the item or give you a credit note.
